Isabel Carrero, BA, Community Education Specialist - Spanish Interpreter

Isabel Carrero joined Connections in the fall of 2011 in the role of Community Education Specialist. Her role is to design, create, and implement community and parent education courses on behalf of the agency in both English and Spanish.  Isabel also meets individually with parents to offer them support and coaching on a variety of issues related to parent-child relationships and child psycho-social development.  Isabel who is originally from Puerto Rico obtained her bachelors of psychology degree from Marian University and is a Certified Facilitator of the Nurturing Parents Program. In her free time, Isabel enjoys reading, martial arts, and playing with her beloved cat Zeus.
