Steve Ford, BA, Youth and Family Mentor

Steve joined Connections in the fall of 2011 as a Youth and Family Mentor within the Indiana South East District.  Steve provides support to youth ages 6-20 that are most at risk of inpatient hospitalizations or residential placement to be successful living in the community.  A strong advocate with over 10 years experience mentoring young people, Steve believes strongly in a strengths based approach to his service provision. He also has spent several years providing career and job development assistance to students. Steve earned his BA in business management from Indiana Wesleyan University and attended IUPUI to study sociology.
