Deborah Jones Graves, Community Mentor

Deborah Jones Graves has been a Mentor with Connections since 2006. Deborah provides individualized instructional and behavioral support services to young men, ages 18-22, with developmental disabilities residing in our supported living homes in downtown Indianapolis.  Deborah facilitates opportunities for these young adults to become fully physically and socially included into their homes and community by designing and implementing instructional plans to teach them basic living and communication skills. Prior to joining Connections, Deborah’s primary professional experience had been in providing informal counseling and mentoring services to children and teens with serious emotional issues in a secure treatment center.
