Amanda Yanez, BA, Quality Improvement Coordinator


Amanda joined our agency in 2009 as a Youth and Family Mentor to provide case management and mentoring supports to youth in crisis. Amanda has since transitioned into the role of Quality Improvement Coordinator.  In collaboration with the Administrative Team, she provides policy and procedure oversight to our clinical services. It is her primary goal to ensure all program participants receive the high quality and professional level of services they deserve and our system partners are fully supported. Amanda’s professional experiences have focused on public service in a variety of fields. She has worked extensively with children and families in need of services through the Indiana Department of Child Services and a community domestic violence shelter. Amanda is a former police officer and is committed to juvenile law enforcement and the protection of children. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University and is currently working towards her Master’s in Public Affairs at IUPUI.
